We strive to provide the highest standards, but if the items you ordered are damaged or faulty upon receipt. You just have to contact our customer support team within 14 days of receiving the items to ask for a replacement. You will be requested to provide a picture showing the entire item laying on a flat surface and another picture showing the defect.

Orders are always shipped from the nearest facility to your shipping address.
